Shipping Carriers

We use FedEx and BlueDart as our carriers. Please note that a signature/OTP is required for all deliveries from Robertson Artistry.

When will my Artwork Arrive?
At the checkout you will be able to select from several delivery options – please note that all delivery times are from time of dispatch, not from time of order. Your artwork will arrive from 3-10 days from time of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your artwork is dispatched. If you need to receive your artwork by a specific date, add this to the delivery note section when selecting your delivery option. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Where do you Ship?
We ship internationally using FedEx or BlueDart.

Handling Fees
All artwork is stored, handled, framed and packed by a team of professionals to ensure that you receive your artwork in perfect condition.

Damaged Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. For further information, see our Returns Policy below.
